What file formats are supported?

O Canteiro 3D supports GLB and glTF files. These are the standard formats for 3D models exported from tools like Blender, SketchUp, Revit, and most architectural software.

How do I share a model?

Upload a GLB file through the app or web viewer. After processing, you'll receive a unique share link that anyone can open in a browser or the iOS app — no account required.

How long are shared models available?

Shared models are stored on our servers and remain accessible via their share link. Models that are not accessed for an extended period may be automatically removed. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping a copy of your original GLB file.

My model is not loading or looks broken

Large or complex models may take longer to load, especially on mobile devices. Try the following:

• Ensure your GLB file is under 200 MB
• Use a WiFi connection for large uploads
• Try reducing texture sizes in your 3D authoring tool
• Ensure your model uses standard PBR materials

Can I edit cameras and lights?

Yes. The web version at 3d.ocanteiro.com.br includes a full editor where you can place cameras, adjust focal lengths, add lights, and configure scene settings before sharing. The iOS app provides viewing and sharing capabilities with an option to open in the browser for advanced editing.

Is my data private?

Your uploaded models are only accessible through the unique share link you generate. We do not require registration, do not collect personal information, and do not share your files with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do I need an account?

No. O Canteiro 3D is designed for frictionless use. Upload, view, and share without creating an account. Your models are identified by their unique share links.
