By accessing or using O Canteiro 3D ("the Service"), including our web application at 3d.ocanteiro.com.br and the iOS mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

O Canteiro 3D provides tools for viewing, uploading, and sharing 3D model files (GLB/glTF format). The Service includes:

• A web-based 3D model viewer with camera and lighting controls
• Upload functionality for GLB/glTF files
• Share link generation for collaborative viewing
• An iOS application for mobile viewing and sharing

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the 3D models and files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant O Canteiro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you share links with.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share any files you submit to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the sharing functionality

5. Content Retention

Shared models are stored on our servers for the purpose of enabling shared link access. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that has not been accessed for an extended period. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of uploaded content.

6. Subscription and Pricing

O Canteiro 3D may offer premium features through in-app purchases. Current pricing tiers are:

• Weekly: $2.99 USD
• Yearly: $7.99 USD
• Lifetime: $14.99 USD

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Renewal and cancellation policies follow Apple's standard subscription terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. 3D rendering performance depends on your device capabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O Canteiro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
